Well, I am still screwed, but not as hard. [HA.] I'm right on track where I'm supposed to be with my science, which means that all the really dumb school spam will be over with! :D

But I don't think I'll be able to finish the last bits of my imaging because of the difficulty level, and the English, because of the sheer amount of the work to be done by next Thursday. ;.;

Also, Tori got kicked out of Neko's house, and now he's staying with Jojo. I don't have much to say about it, because I've never been put in that situation before and cannot possibly understand what is going on [nobody tells me anything]. Other than, of course, that I really hope he can stay up here for Inu's sake. And he needs to get a job. And turn in his college application. Dammit dammit dammit. DDDDD:

Maybe some schoolwork will help my blood pressure go down a little.

I have a headache. :P But grandpa is here with me at school today, and there's only one other person besides the teacher and grandpa in the room, and he's mostly harmless from what I can tell. [He's kinda cute, too, in a scruffy-and-malnourished way.]

So I haven't actually seen Juno, but I really want to because I heard that it is very good. I downloaded the soundtrack from iTunes, and wow. The music is what I have been longing for, style-wise. Almost every song makes make embarrassing noises and wriggle with glee. So far, my absolute favorite from the album is the first one, All I Want Is You by Barry Louis Polisar, with Loose Lips and Tire Swing by Kimya Dawson tied for a close second. They have that small-town-in-the-country-without-being-country-music thing going on that makes me very very happy. If I get the chance, I'll sendspace them on here. They're just so wonderful and amazing.

So I've been invited to prom by the school, to my great surprise. You'd think that they wouldn't allow me to because I am, technically, homeschooled. Huh. Still, I got my dress [which has to have 4 inches taken off the bottom, ack!] and shoes, as well as some Spanx [<3], hair swirlies, and clip-on earrings. This makes happier than I should be. Really.

I don't have a date, so I'm taking my mother. She needs some fun in her life. She's going through a[nother] divorce to Matt, and so I need to make her feel a little better. The poor kids are pretty traumatized by this, as well. But they'll be okay -- I was.

So I'm totally trying to write, but my brain seems to be cockblocking any creativity trying to flow. If only there was a foolproof way to de-stress and invigorate the imagination. I signed up for 30sexyfics, and I claimed Jason Todd, but I need need need to get my work done before I can even begin to write some hot Jay action.

You know what's coming, then.

By the way, I'm not sure if the icon I'm using is from MildredMilton, or MonkeyCrackMary. Or maybe it's someone else's. I forget where I got it, and I think I should credit. Help? ;.;

She has 229 gigs on her hard drive, 2 gigs of RAM, a really amazing video card, and she has a beautiful brushed steel casing. I named her Oracle. <3

However, because I cannot tranfer programs, only files, I'm going to have to repurchase two of my Sims 2 expansion packs, and another three I may have to as well if I don't find the discs/pin number. RRRGH FRUSTRATION ABOUNDS. D<<<<

And school... I am terrified of people. Absolutely and completely terrified. What was it that Raskolnikov had in Crime and Punishment? Oh yeah. "Nervous depression akin to hypochondria." That accurately describes what is wrong with me, I think. And because of my fear, I may not graduate this year. It's a terrible thought, but could very well be true.

But whatever. Maybe if I can finish my work, I may write something worthwhile. Check back at a later time, perhaps May. You may find something wonderful, if I get over myself and get going.

She's working for an ISD down by Lansing, and she'll be training school districts! YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.

She never, ever gave up hope. She was looking for a job which was a step-up for her, because she knew she was worthy of that job. I am so very, very proud of her. GOD.

Today is: 2007-07-28 17:40 Guess What?: WARPED TOUR. This post is: Public Tag!: *glee!*

WARPED. TOUR.

Was full of win. >D

We didn't actually get to see many bands, because we left at 1:00 PM. All the good bands were going to start playing at 5:45 PM, and Rosie and I decided we weren't gonna sit around for nearly five hours waiting in a very large place filled with emo/punk/skater kids in 87° weather. It was very, very loud, but we did get to see The Rocket Summer and Love Arcade, which was fun. We also got to see snippets of Big D and the Kids Table, which was seriously hilarious, and I do like their music. Even though I didn't get to see Anberlin like I wanted to (Boo. D<), I did get a huuuuge Anberlin poster and an Anberlin shirt. And then I were Zee Broke.

However, my favorite part was walking around the inside of the stadium (THAR WUZ BIG BYOOTIFUL STONE TIGERS OF WIN YEY!) and having band members come up to you and say, "HAY THAR! Want to listen to my band?", and they shove earbuds in your ears and turn on the most AMAZING WONDERFUL MUSIC WITH SMART LYRICS AND they aren't known well yet, so they give you a SIGNED CD for $5.00.

Rosie and I bought 7 CDs yesterday, plus three free ones. *glee!*

Because, really. ♫ = ♥.

After we got out of there, we went to Johnny Rockets. *hums Sorry Sorry by Rooney, which mentions JR* *gigglesnort*

And when I got home?

I got the Best Digital Not-Exactly-DSLR Camera In The History Of Ever. ♥

So yeah. Fucking awesome weekend. ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

PS: And I am no longer nocturnal, which is also brilly.

Unfortunately, I am sunburned within an inch of my life. D<<<
